To book at iFLY France, you must pay the full amount at the time of booking. We do not accept instalments or partial payments.

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy;


Your reservation is for a specific date and time of arrival (for check-in) and the time of the beginning of your flight. To be safe, we recommend that customers take out our reprogramming option at the time of booking (+ 4,90€ per booking on our website).

If you think that you will have to reschedule your flight, you must proceed as follows:


At the time of your reservation, subscribe to our rescheduling option (+4,90€ per booking on our website)


If you are not subscribed with our reprogramming option at the time of your purchase:


For a standard reservation (48 hours in advance), you can reschedule your flight for a between 15€ et 25€ fee per reservation and per change.


For a standard reservation (less than 1 hour of wind tunnel), if you need to reschedule less than 48 hours before your flight experience, we will unfortunately not be able to reschedule it.

For a reservation of one hour of wind tunnel or more, it is necessary to do it at least 4 days before your flight hours to reschedule. We apply a minimum of 5% extra cost of the amount.

For a reservation of one hour of wind tunnel or more, if you need to reschedule less than 4 days before your flight hours, we will unfortunately not be able to re-schedule it.

If we do reschedule your flight and you haven't notified us within 48 hours before your flight or 4 days before your flight, we will apply a 20 € fee and an additional cost of 10% of the amount per booking.


If you do not arrive on time or you do not re-schedule in time, your booking will no longer be valid.

Reprogramming option


When you book online, you can take the rescheduling option (4.90€ per booking). This allows you to re-schedule your flight (s) as required up to 48 hours before the date of your flight (s). We strongly recommend that you subscribe to this option.

Those who have chosen the rescheduling option will also be able to reprogram by preventing less than 48 hours for a preferential extra cost of 10 € per service and per change.

If the booking involves a gift voucher, please note the expiration date.

The rescheduling option allows you to reprogram your flight (s) within the validity period of the gift voucher. We will not be able to re-schedule your flight (s) later than the expiration date of the gift voucher.

Once you have booked, we can neither cancel nor refund the voucher.

However, we offer you other interesting alternatives. (Please refer to the previous point ‘Can I reschedule my booking?’)

Here are 5 good reasons to buy one of our gift vouchers:
1. This is obviously an exceptional gift. But do not take our word for it. Read more recent comments.
2. Your gift voucher is sent instantly to your e-mail. No delivery time by mail.
3. This voucher entitles you to the equivalent of at least three jumps from a plane. It's also cheaper and we accept children.

iFLY does not offer refunds for any reason.

However, if for some reason you know that you cannot come and fly, you can transfer your vouchers and bookings to the person of your choice. Please notify iFLY of name changes before arrival.

If you have booked an indoor skydiving experience during off-peak hours, we will be able to upgrade you to full-time hours at an extra charge.

You can buy an iFLY voucher on our website, in our shops or with one of our partners.


All our gift voucher are designed to be used directly online.
From our online booking center, you can even activate several coupons in a row by clicking on ‘I have another coupon’ after submitting your first gift voucher.


If you start using a gift voucher online and you do not complete the booking, you will have to wait 20 minutes before starting again.


Please note that if you purchased your gift voucher from one of our partners, we will need to bring the original copy the day of your flight.


It is your responsibility to choose a valid date before the expiration date of your voucher.
